Shopping for a Beautiful iPad Case

Apple Company has pioneered the market of ipads and iphones today. Since the market of ipads has been around the upsurge, companies manufacturing cases also have increased and you can get compatible ipad cases with keyboard that makes typing easier. These cases have given customers the advantage of using ipads with small keyboards since typing is simple. Lots of people have wide fingers. When typing they get the keyboard too much squeezed to suit the wide fingers not mentioning the top sensitivity from the touch. The new ipad keyboard has made typing for customers easier. Additionally, if the typing speed is slow, with all the intact keyboard is an issue and is also quite irritating because you will discover typing boring with the slippery touchscreen. The cases with keyboards come in handy and therefore are very reliable to such users.
An additional with the cases is that you could use them commercially different purposes. First, they enable fast typing through providing an extra ipad keyboard to match the needs of slow typing and accuracy. Secondly, the cases also protect the ipad from scratches, which results from contact with hard surfaces. Imaginable utilizing your expensive ipad and it falls in the table. This can be a very bad experience and it will make you happy miserable. ipad cases with keyboard therefore serve a dual purpose and the've met the requirements of many ipad users.
When you're finding the optimum case for your ipad, you have to require a great deal of time searching in order to avoid landing on the poor case. You could possibly get your case from many sources. For instance, online stores offer a wide array of ipad cases, which makes shopping easier. With the increase of online businesses selling ipad cases price is competitive ad you won't search for your product for very long. Alternatively, it is possible to shop from your local retail center and get equally good ipad keyboard in a case. While searching for the cases you might be supposed to ensure that the source you will get from is trusted since some sources will give your counterfeit products, that will need replacing within small amount of time. If you are comparing the ipad cases with keyboard prices, you ought not ignore quality because this is it is essential, as you want to keep your ipad safe. Prada Spazzolato Case Wraps Your iPad in Flowers and Leather for $390

If you have a little (or a lot) of extra spending cash this month, you can start toting your iPad around in luxury courtesy of Prada. The Prada Spazzolato iPad Sleeve is made of high-quality leather, along with a grandma's couch cover-worthy floral print. The sleeves only come in the blue and brown pictured above. Also, they're Prada, and that means you can probably replace the letters in Prada with five dollar signs. The Prada Spazzolato iPad Sleeve costs $390, which is more than a healthy chunk of change. If you can justify grabbing a sleeve that costs almost as much as the iPad itself, looks like your iPad is about to come up roses (or whatever kind of flowers those are supposed to be). The thin profile and comfortable cloth give this case a nice, solid feel, especially when holding it with one hand. The HTC One V has a great digital camera and Beats Audio. The Origami even covers the home button, and clearly has no regard for the aesthetic design, but it offers additional protection to the case by covering everything but the actual display. The entire glass bezel is covered, which helps keep it clean and makes the iPad more comfortable to hold from both the front and back. So what it lacks in looks, the Origami makes up for in practicality.
Of the tested cases, the WanderFolio Luxe is the most diabolically expensive. At $130, it's more than triple the cost of some of the less expensive cases, but it's also the most fully-featured standard case. Not only is the Luxe leather-bound and thick for great feel and protection, it comes complete with a six hideaway pockets right in the cover for carrying whatever you need, from paperwork to money to credit cards. I personally wouldn't trust keeping secure documents in an iPad case, but in this day and age of carrying all of your belongings in just pockets sans bag, why not.The WanderFolio's thick frame feels very solid in the hand, both open and closed. The leather has excellent grip and is quiet and almost elegant, while the inside of the cover is felt for easier grip. It all snaps shut with a small magnetic latch. And instead of relying on the cover to stand the iPad upright, the WanderFolio has a piece of the case which disconnects from the tablet and acts as a support. This keeps the iPad standing at anything up to a 40 degree angle, but any higher up and the case slips. The Luxe is expensive, so Speck offers a lower-priced yet nearly identical model named the MagFolio Luxe for $100, with the same great leather but no pocket. There's also the $60 MagFolio and $70 WanderFolio which use thinner, lower-quality leather, which are otherwise identical models.

The HTC One V has a great digital camera and Beats Audio

A smart buy for an older student is a prepaid, no-contract smartphone like the Virgin Mobile HTC One V. It's a powerful, top-quality Android smartphone that doesn't chain you to a two-year contract. That means you have a lot of control over exactly how much money you spend each month, and you can save money versus a two-year contract plan. The HTC One V has a great digital camera and Beats Audio and comes with a free Dropbox storage subscription. I also like the Samsung Galaxy Note for being able to scribble notes on this hybrid tablet/smartphone, as well as the Motorola Razr Maxx and the AT&T Motorola Atrix 4G.
There's a growing consensus that most kids today are ready for a cell phone somewhere between the ages of 11 and 13. But parents, I beg you, please don't hand over a smartphone to a child and walk away. That's like giving your car keys to an 8-year-old and wishing them luck on the freeway. Smartphones can connect you with your children, but they can also connect your children with strangers, inappropriate content, and even predators. If you've decided your student needs a smartphone, take the time to set up parental controls (do it before you leave the store), block inappropriate apps, and consider installing a safety feature like K-9 Web Protection.
Before you load your kids up with the latest technology, be sure to bring yourself up to speed. I know it's overwhelming, but spend 10 minutes a day brushing up on all things connected kids and digital parenting. Take gadgets such as smartphones, laptops, and gaming devices out of your child's bedroom, especially at night. Pay attention to their tech habits, and encourage a sense of balance and moderation. Remember, you're their most important teacher, so model good digital behavior. Technology is an amazing tool. But it still can't replace an inspiring teacher, the lessons learned from the world around us, or just plain good parenting.
But anything that has an associated RFID chip is potentially hackableand with such chips priced as low as $0.07 each, RFIDs are sure to show up in more and more things inthe future.Earlier this year at the ShmooCon hacker-centric security conference, security researcher Kirstin Paget demonstrated just how easy RFID-equipped credit cards are to hack. Using about $350 worth of equipment, Padget wirelessly copied her credit card's RFID data, cloned it onto a blank card, and then easily made a payment to herself using a Square card reader. Padget described the hack as "embarrassingly simple."The ability of a knowledgable person to clone RFID with ease should raise red flags for anyone using the technology for personal data, door locks, or any other form of security.

iPad accessory case recalled over fire, shock fears

An all-in-one iPad accessory kit has been recalled by the ACCC due to the possibility of electric shock and fire. The consumer watchdog last week issued a recall for the product, sold by daily deals website Door Buster, citing a lack of compliance with Australian safety standards. The kit, available in both black and white, includes an iPad case, stylus and screen protector, as well as a 3 in 1 charger pack. The charger pack is the only item being recalled. The kit was on sale nationally for a week from August 1 this year. The ACCC said anyone who has purchased the kit should stop using the charger immediately.Customers will be given a full refund once the charger is returned, but are able to keep the other items in the accessory pack.It is unknown how many kits have been sold. The ACCC said it understood there have been no customer injuries to date.
The iPhone offers a 1420 mAh battery. Two 1700 mAh batteries triples the battery life. In my experience that means anywhere from two to three days of use depending on how much power I need. I left the screen on most of the time and it lasted about 48 hours.Apple iPhone 5 Battery Tagged for Minor Improvement Over Predecessor.I charged both batteries to 100% and then drained the first one, replaced it and then drained the second before the internal battery began to drain. On the back of the case sits an LED that will blink as the battery charges and then turns solid when it's topped off. The five lights give you an idea of how much power the case's battery still holds, with each representing 20% battery life.Compared to other battery backup cases, the ibattz Mojo Armor Removable Battery Case costs about the same while giving the user a lot more functionality.
At only $89.99 direct from ibattz, the case offers great value. Most battery backup cases I've tested run from $70-$100. Rugged cases can cost almost that much. This case gives me both in one case for the price of just one of the competitors. If you plan to keep your iPhone for a while, need both a backup battery and some rugged protection for the iPhone 4 or 4S, then the ibattz Mojo Armor Removable Battery Case for iPhone 4 and 4S is a great option at a good price.Across the bottom edge of the case sit four LEDs and a button. Press the button to see the battery's current charge level. You can charge and sync your phone while it's in the case. In a significant improvement other Mophie's earlier models, the lights don't blink incessantly. They are, however, bright enough to be burdensome in a dark room if you charge your phone overnight. Now, they light up for the first few moments of charging and then shut off; you can press the button again to get the LEDs to light up again with the current charging status for a few seconds.

A Polymer to Protect Phones From Impact

The super-shock-absorbent material called non-Newtonian polymer inspires a lot of don't-try-this-at-home stunts, like getting whacked in the head with a shovel through a layer of the stuff. But these materials are also used in protective clothing for skiers and motorcyclists, and – no surprise here – cases for phones.A company called Tech21 from Britain has been producing protective cases using the polymer D30 for T-Mobile, but in May it spun off its own line. These materials, also know generically as "rate-dependent materials," work by having their molecules freeze in place when struck hard, but are pliant when moved gently — just like water, which is a rate-dependent material of a sort. If you lower yourself into a bath there is little resistance. But slap the water hard with the flat of your hand and it will leave your palm stinging.
Tech21 has put D30 in cases for a variety of phones including those from Apple, HTC, Samsung and RIM as well as some tablets and e-readers.Most of the cases are like the bumpers you see on iPhones, a protective strip of material that surrounds the outer edges. The D30 shows as an orange stripe on the part of the case where the company says a phone is most likely to take a jolt. An upcoming case will also have a D30 pad in the back. The phone cases range in price from $30 for the Impact Band to $136 for the underwater Submariner case. When it comes to product stunts, though, you have to hand it to a company called G-Form, which also uses rate-dependent polymers in its products. It recently had B.A.S.E. jumpers drop an iPhone from 1,000 feet to demonstrate the effectiveness of its padding.
We all know mace can save your life if you're attacked, but it's not always the most convenient thing to carry around.A Scottsdale company hopes to change that.Spraytect has developed a pepper spray cartridge combined with a smartphone case for protection on the go."The pepper spray cartridge is properly placed on the case so it doesn't interrupt phone use. We've made the pepper spray cartridge detachable so the consumer can choose when to add the extra protective feature," said Spraytect creator and CEO Scott McPherson.McPherson came up with the idea just before his daughter went off to college at Arizona State University. With classes starting soon, Spraytect will be on campus to let students know about their products. The mace-case will cost you $40. The case is currently available in black, white, pink and turquoise for the iPhone 4 and 4S models with other platforms and colors planned in the future.

Apple iPhone 5 Battery Tagged for Minor Improvement Over Predecessor

It was almost taken for granted that the Apple iPhone 5 will get a substantially improved battery, considering the rumors of a larger screen and 4G LTE connectivity that has been the bane of many an Android-based smartphone's endurance. However, a report by 9to5Mac suggests that this may not be the case, and Apple may just be gearing up for a minor improvement in its smartphone's battery. The website acquired a battery pack that was supposedly intended for the still-unannounced iPhone 5. The component was rated for 1440mAh, just 10mAh higher than the current iPhone 4S' battery. The battery also had a slightly higher voltage and watt-hour rating of 3.8V and 5.45wHr, compared to the current model's 3.7V and 5.3wHr.9to5Mac does admit that it may all be a big error, and that the battery may be intended for a different device altogether. It appears elongated, which ties into the alleged form factor of the iPhone 5, so the leaked component has at least that going for it.
In contrast, one of the biggest stock batteries found in a current smartphone is the Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX's 3300mAh unit. Other handsets on the top end of the market feature smaller batteries that still outpace the leak's specifications. You May Notice A Reduction In Your Apple Battery Replacement Life.Given Apple's penchant for slimmer and slimmer designs, it may have had very little choice but to make some battery compromises. Instead, it could bank on aggressive power management by iOS 6 and Qualcomm's new Gobi 4G LTE chips. Moreover, the next-generation iPhone's rumored 4-inch screen will definitely eat up more power, but it probably wouldn't be in the same league as the nearly 5-inch displays on flagship Android handsets.
To be honest, I'm not sure how I feel about the Third Rail case. One the one hand it has helped me out several times by providing an extra boost of power when I've been out for the day. On the other, it is somewhat awkward for me when travelling as I can't charge the Smart Battery without carrying around a second charger. For those travelling with a laptop this is a non-issue — but for the increasing number of travellers I see using tablets instead, the Third Rail just means more stuff to pack. I'd love to see a system that would allow me to go away with my iPhone and iPad and only take one charger and cable. But for now I'm happy enough to stick with the limited boost I get from this one.

You May Notice A Reduction In Your Apple Battery Replacement Life

When we talk about that the Apple Battery Replacement is an interesting issue when it comes to Apple products like the iPhone and iPod. Because Apple designs these products with solid cases to be stylish, they dont have doors or removable items, meaning the batteries are inside the case and arent removable by the user. You may notice a reduction in your Apple Battery Replacement life. So what options do you have if your battery wont hold a charge any longer and need battery replacement?
Use of your Apple portable computer battery accrues in the form of "charge cycles." You may use your Apple Battery Replacement after it reaches its maximum cycle count, but you may notice a reduction in your battery life. Knowing how many charge cycles are on your Apple Battery Replacement and how many are left can help you determine when a battery replacement is required. For optimal performance, replace your Apple Battery Replacement when the maximum cycle count is reached. Of course there are other Iphone Gadgets products you will interest such as the Iphone Protector Case and so on you can have a look and consider of them.
Apple Battery Replacement has a limited amount of cycles before they are considered to be consumed. Once consumed, an Apple Battery Replacement is recommended. This is because battery life and overall system performance can be greatly affected after a battery is consumed. The Apple Battery Replacement status menu updates frequently and changes depending on your screen brightness and system work load. For example, if you are using a Mac Book Pro (13-inch, Mid 2010) to edit a text document and the menu bar reports 8 hours of battery life, then you close the text document and begin playing a DVD movie, the time left in the menu bar will decrease. If you immediately quit DVD player and resume editing a text document, the time left in the menu bar display should return to a higher number due to the reduced power usage by the computer. It is necessary to protect your phone so that it is also necessary to protect your Apple Battery Replacement which warranties both the one-year and three-year versions cover battery defects, but not the natural loss in capacity from a user charging the battery over, and over, and over. If you like to use your phone to access the Internet and play games you know your battery is run out quickly so that you should need the Apple Battery Replacement more than others.

Next Witnesses in Apple-Samsung Case: Product Designers

A third day of testimony in Apple's patent trial against Samsung Electronics kicks off Monday, with a continued focus on the process of designing products–particularly the mobile devices at the heart of the case.Apple is trying to prove Samsung infringed its patents and copied its products. So far, Apple's witnesses, including marketing head Phil Schiller, mobile software head Scott Forstall and veteran Apple designer Christopher Stringer have testified about how the company initially produced the iPhone and iPad. The exchanges have included revelations and pictures of iPhones that could have been, and assertions by Schiller that Samsung copied Apple's products to an extent that shocked him.
On Friday, Apple also called Justin Denison, a Samsung strategy head, to the stand. During testimony, the company grilled him about Samsung documents that compared the iPhone with the Korean company's phones, and suggestions for improving the latter's products to better compete against the former. On Monday, Mr. Denison is expected to be questioned for at least a half hour more.Wookyun Kho is slated to be next. He is a software designer at Samsung. He is likely to be questioned about Samsung's design processes, though don't expect disclosures as colorful as Apple's "Project Purple" or the association with the hit film, "Fight Club."
Apple has said it next expects to call Susan Kare, a specialist in user interface graphics with her own practice in San Francisco.Your one stop source for all your iPad 3 and iPhone 4S Case needs.Kare is best known for having helped to create many of the icons used in the original Macintosh computer.Apple seems to be burning through roughly two witnesses per day. So, Peter Bressler may also make it to the stand today, depending on time constraints.Bressler is a prominent product designer who holds numerous patents and is a former president of the Industrial Designers Society of America, according to his bio.I am thoroughly enjoying the Oberon Design Siena iPad 2 cover and like the protection it offers. I have been carrying my iPad more than before the case arrived, in part due to wanting to show off the case and because it feels great to carry it around. The Siena case offers solid protection with the thick leather panels and looks fantastic. I understand the leather will become more supple with use and the color will deepen over time due to the custom tanning process. It's great that this case works in landscape since I use my iPad quite a bit for media content.
The Oberon Design Siena iPad cover is available for $123 and come in 13 different color options in two styles. You can buy them with black spines or with colored spines and black over the rest of the cover. I was sent the one with the black spine and think that looks more traditional. The case feels great in your hand and I am sure my iPad will expire long before the case does.

BR company launches stun gun iPhone case

Yellow Jacket LLC, a Baton Rouge technology startup, has officially launched Yellow Jacket, a patent-pending iPhone 4 and 4S case housing a 650,000-volt stun gun.The case contains its own battery, which provides up to 20 additional hours of charge to the phone. Yellow Jacket was made for iPhone owners — working professionals, frequent travelers or students entering college — as a convenient, reliable and non-lethal form of self-defense, the company said in a press release. The case allows the owner to flip a switch to toggle between charging the phone and having the stun gun in "ready" mode.
Inventor and co-founder Seth Froom, a former U.S. Army military policeman, devised the concept for Yellow Jacket after an armed robbery in 2011. Froom and co-founder Sean Simone partnered with leaders from the stun gun industry."Because of several recent local and national incidents, we feel that more people than ever are paying closer attention to personal safety. We combined a non-lethal form of self-defense with a technology that millions of Americans carry with them at all times," Simone said in the news release. The Yellow Jacket team launched a campaign via the crowdfunding platform about a month ago. So far almost 1,000 units have been ordered, the company said. With location updates as frequent as every 2.5 seconds, the Alpha 100 handheld tracks and trains as many as 20 dogs up to nine miles away, depending on terrain. It features a three-inch, glove-friendly touchscreen display that's easy to view in bright sunlight. The touchscreen allows hunters and trainers to configure their setup to their specific needs, yet it displays only the relevant information necessary to accomplish a task.
Hunters can follow their dogs and buddies on the Dog Tracker Page, which depicts a familiar three-axis compass, with color-coded arrows that indicate the direction and distance of each dog. And whenever a dog trees quarry or goes on point, the Alpha can give an audible or vibration alert. The other primary tracking page is the Map Page. The Alpha is pre-loaded with 100k topo maps, so hunters will always know what sort of geographical features (including ravines, rivers, and roads) are nearby. The Alpha is also compatible with other maps, like BirdsEye Satellite Imagery (sold separately). Users can even set up customized radius or geofence alerts to notify them if their dog has entered or exited a pre-determined area.
